At BookReady, our team of professional illustrators specializes in various styles and mediums, including whimsical, humorous, and fantasy. With our attention to detail and commitment to quality, you can be sure that your book illustrations will be beautiful, vibrant, and engaging. You will receive final print-ready files when the final illustrations are approved.
To start creating your book illustration(s), we will need:
- Completed questionnaire, including choosing your style and describing the scenes
After your purchase, we will send you an email with information on sending us the above.
- Getting Started items sent to BookReady.
- We will create and send you a line art sketch for each illustration and one full-colored sample.
- If needed, there is one round of edits at this stage.*
- After all the line art is approved, we will add color to the illustrations and send them to you.

We will consider the project approved if we do not receive any feedback after 5 business days. - Once you approve the colored book illustrations, we will send you the final, print-ready files.

Once we have your Getting Started items, the initial illustration stage will take 2-4 weeks, depending on the number and complexity of the book illustrations. After that, it depends on the level of alterations and the timeliness of your feedback.
